There was never a question of what I was going
to do. When I was six in the school holidays
I’d spend time in the kitchen with my grandad
baking bread so I always knew what I wanted to
be when I grew up.
What’s the best piece of career advice
you’ve been given?
Stick to your guns. In business it’s about
consistency – changing things a lot is confusing
to the customer. It applies to people too. If
you’re consistent as a person people know
exactly what they are up against.
