Hello, and welcome to the December issue of ESPC Property & Interiors!
I think most of us would agree that 2024 has passed us by in a flash, and
it’s been a year full of big changes across the property market. 2025 is
set for more big changes, and especially at ESPC, as we prepare to move
from our current home on George Street to new premises not too far
away – you can find out more on page 6.
We’re also talking about bringing down the cost of your mortgage and
looking at the best areas for property investment if you’re interested in
buy-to-let. We’re also discussing the best areas for retirement and asking
local property experts which areas they think will be in high demand in
the year to come.
Laura As ever, we’re covering off the latest interiors trends, including how
to host in style over the festive season, and speaking to a real ESPC
homeowner with an interesting tale to tell.
Laura Mearns,
Editor
You’ll also find plenty of gorgeous properties to peruse, which might just
inspire your own personal property search for the new year.
From everyone at ESPC, Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
Thanks for reading.
