Method
Step 1
Begin by filling each of your 25 paper boxes with
a small present.
Step 2
Wrap each of your boxes with Christmas wrapping
paper – this is where you can get creative and
tailor your hanging advent calendar to your
home’s style. You can also number the boxes to
give it more of an advent feel.
Step 3
Tie twine or ribbon around each box and attach
it to your staircase, alternating heights to add
dimension and interest.
Step 4
Finish off with hanging candy canes wrapped in
twine, or even baubles if you’re looking to add an
extra special festive touch.
