Hello, and welcome to the February issue of ESPC Property & Interiors!

We take a close look at the property market in this issue, including an
in depth analysis of the rental market and what opportunities there
are for landlords, alongside a deep dive into the market data. If you
are planning on buying or selling in 2025, then this is the issue for you.

If you’re feeling the itch to redecorate rather than relocate, our real
ESPC buyer Lauren could offer you all the inspiration you need.

On a personal note, this will be my last issue of ESPC Property &
Interiors in 2025, as I head off on maternity leave for the rest of this
Laura year. I’ll miss creating this magazine each month but I’m sure it will be
a lovely change to be a part of the readership for a little while, rather
 than in the editor’s chair!
