Hello, and welcome to the June issue of ESPC Property & Interiors!

Somehow we’re halfway through 2024 already, and if you haven’t quite
ticked off (or even started) some of the grand plans you had for your home
back in January, there’s no time like the present to get the ball rolling.

We’re discussing making changes across the board in this issue – from
creating a home office in even the smallest of spaces, to knocking
down walls in a quest for free-flowing, open plan living. If your grand
plans involved finding a new home, we can help with that too: head to
page 6 to find out how using an ESPC solicitor estate agent can help you
get more money for your home at sale.

story (and the dose of 90s nostalgia too!).
