Festive dates for your diary

The dates you need to know from ESPC this festive season.

t’s the most wonderful time of the year! And
for the property market, it’s gearing up to be ESPC Property Information
Ithe busiest time of the year too. Boxing Day Centre opening hours
is well-known as one of the highest-traffic days
for property portals, and ESPC is no exception
for those who long to begin the new year in a
new, dream home. 23 December:
Normal hours, 9am-5pm
If you’re thinking of buying or selling a property, 24-26 December:
and you’re looking for advice, our Property Closed
Information Centre will be open on selected
dates across the festive break, so you can pop 27-30 December:
in to 107 George Street, Edinburgh and speak 10am-3pm
to one of our friendly faces there.
31 December – 2 January:
Limited services will be available during this Closed
time: the teams at ESPC Lettings and ESPC
Mortgages will be taking a well-deserved 3 January:
Christmas break, and our usual ‘Ask the Normal hours resume,
Experts’ free legal sessions with our solicitor 10am-5.30pm
estate agents will also pause for the holidays,
resuming on Saturday 6 January 2024.
